The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course is an evidence-based program designed to help you cultivate greater emotional resilience, self-kindness, and inner strength. Developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, this transformative course combines mindfulness and self-compassion practices to support you in facing life’s challenges with greater ease.
Sessions will be held live-online via Zoom. You will receive a questionnaire before the start. It is mandatory to answer the questions and send them back to the teacher before the start of the course.

The 9 week online MSC course is also a pre-requisite for joining the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher training. Prospective participants are encouraged to attend a minimum of 90% of the course sessions to be eligible for enrollment in the MSC teacher training.
