Sessions will be held live-online via Zoom. You will receive a questionnaire before the start. It is mandatory to answer the questions and send them back to the teacher before the start of the course.

The 9 week online MSC course is also a pre-requisite for joining the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher training. Prospective participants are encouraged to attend a minimum of 90% of the course sessions to be eligible for enrollment in the MSC teacher training.

This course equips participants with practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater self-kindness, understanding, and compassion. You will learn:
-What Self-Compassion is and is not
-Why it relates to all aspects of mental health
-How to adjust all practices to your daily life
-Navigating difficult emotions with greater ease
-Navigating difficult relationships
-How to harness the power of words
-How Self-Compassion supports your physiology and lessens internal habitual reactivity
