We wil have 2 sessions on one day. This intensive course offers transformative content, guiding you to cultivate greater emotional resilience, self-kindness, and inner balance. Through a blend of mindfulness and self-compassion practices, you’ll develop practical tools to meet life’s challenges with more ease and compassion.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Intensive – 4-Day Online Course

The intensive MSC course offers the complete 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum in a condensed, immersive format over four days. This online program is designed to provide the same depth and benefits as the traditional course, while allowing for a more concentrated experience.

Developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, the MSC course combines mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you build resilience, emotional balance, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

In this course, you will:

  • Learn the core principles of mindfulness and self-compassion.
  • Gain practical skills to respond to difficult emotions with kindness.
  • Discover how to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than self-criticism.
  • Engage in guided meditations, experiential exercises, and group discussions in a supportive online setting.

The semi-intensive format allows for deep engagement while offering flexibility to integrate the practices into your daily life. Whether you are new to self-compassion or looking to deepen your practice, this course provides a powerful opportunity to develop lasting skills for greater well-being.

This online MSC semi-intensive course is also a pre-requisite for joining the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher training. Prospective participants are encouraged to attend a minimum of 90% of the course sessions to be eligible for enrollment in the MSC teacher training.
