This workshop is for those who want to be kind without losing their voice and fierce without losing their heart.
A 5-day silent retreat (May 23 - May 28) at Vrads Sande Ashram in the midst of vast protected nature area in Denmark. This retreat is based on the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Program, as well as ancient wisdom practices from several traditions.
Based on the pioneering work of Dr. Kristin Neff, this course offers a powerful approach to self-compassion not only as a source of comfort but also as a force for action and change.
