Carmen Manea

My journey as a leadership, team, and group coach has been deeply personal, profoundly shaped by the transformative power of self-compassion. This practice, which has reshaped my own life, is the very core of my work. Alongside with coaching, I love and find deeply meaningful teaching MSC, Fierce Self-Compassion, MBSR, Cultivating Emotional Balance, and Awake into the Wild. I believe deeply in the power of these practices to foster inner peace and resilience, and I love sharing them with others.
