Join this 5 day in person silent retreat, at Vrads Sande Ashram in the middle of Denmark. In the midst of vast protected nature area. This Silent Retreat is based on the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Program, as well as ancient wisdom practices from several traditions.
This retreat qualifies as a pre-requisite for the MSC teacher training and will be held in English.
In this two session workshop on Advanced Teaching Skills for MSC Teachers on June 16 and 17 we’ll explore how to support our participants when they experience resistance or other forms of psychological protective mechanisms during the MSC program. We’ll use insights from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to understand how we can notice and understand participants who have difficulties integrating or using self-compassion or experience backdraft regularly.

In this two session workshop on Advanced Teaching Skills for MSC Teacher we will focus on Screening and Trauma Sensitive Teaching.
In this workshop, designed for mindful self‐compassion teachers, you will explore a unique screening method to help you assess course participants thoughtfully. This method allows you to consider who might be best suited for the course and who might benefit from alternative support. At the same time, we will delve into trauma sensitive teaching, drawing on the influential work of David Treleaven.
