Continue your education and sharpen your practice
Self-compassion is like a muscle, the more you train it, the more natural it becomes
Self-compassion is a lifelong practice. Maybe you’ve done an introductory course, started practicing on a more regular basis, or even started your journey as a MSC teacher. How do you sustain this practice or inner shift?
This is where continuous learning comes in. Our follow-up programs, workshops and teachings are designed to support your growth. Because change happens through repetition, reflection, and support.
Why deepen your practice?
- Advance your teaching skills
- Strengthen your inner resilience
- Anchor your practice in your daily life
- Get guidance and reflect on your teachings or practice
- Explore the science behind self-compassion in more depth
Our upcoming courses and teachings
Sharpen your practice as a teacher or deepen your personal practice and knowledge of self-compassion. These next steps are not necessarily about being ‘better’ at it. They’re about creating space to stay open, soft, and strong.
