What can you expect in a session? 

These practice sessions are guided by a group of certified facilitators. Each session is different, because each teacher is different.

Voluntary sessions by experienced teachers, open for everyone

All teachers offer their time voluntarily, with the intention of making self-compassion practices accessible to all. With these sessions we hope to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can benefit.

We offer these sessions for free. If you can afford it we ask for a small contribution, but this is entirely optional. The money will be used to keep these sessions accessible for all and offer scholarships to people living in economic and conflict affected areas, (see also our mission).

Our self-compassion sessions are made possible by  teachers who donate their time voluntary. As a non-profit, we’re committed to bringing self-compassion within reach for everyone, especially those who need it most.

We welcome contributions in the form of donations. Your support helps us continue creating a space where kindness and compassion are shared freely.
