What is The Compassion Collective?

The Compassion Collective was created to make self-compassion practices accessible to all. These sessions are free, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can benefit.

This Collective is powered by a group of dedicated and skilled facilitators, all offering their time voluntarily to spread compassion in the world.
