What can you expect in a session?
These practice sessions are guided by a group of certified facilitators. Each session is different, because each teacher is different.
- Practice self-compassion through guided meditations and exercises
- Explore obstacles to self-kindness and how to move through them
- Reflect on your experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space
- Leave with practical tools to bring more self-compassion into your daily life
Voluntary sessions by certified teachers, open for everyone
All teachers offer their time voluntarily, with the intention of making self-compassion practices accessible to all. With these sessions we hope to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can benefit.
We ask for a small contribution of 3 euro per session. This allows us to offer these sessions sustainably. If this fee is a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out for support.
