What can you expect in a session? 

These practice sessions are guided by a group of certified facilitators. Each session is different, because each teacher is different.

Voluntary sessions by certified teachers, open for everyone

All teachers offer their time voluntarily, with the intention of making self-compassion practices accessible to all. With these sessions we hope to ensure that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, can benefit.

We ask for a small contribution of 3 euro per session. This allows us to offer these sessions sustainably. If this fee is a barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out for support.

Our self-compassion sessions are made possible by  teachers who donate their time voluntary. As a non-profit, we’re committed to bringing self-compassion within reach for everyone, especially those who need it most.
