Why this workshop?
Self-compassion acts as an inner compass, guiding us to be a force for good and to stand up against injustice and harm. Even experienced self-compassion practitioners can feel disheartened in these challenging times. In this workshop of two sessions, we focus on the power of self-compassion for strength and resilience when the world feels overwhelming. This workshop is for everyone looking for resources to navigate the world as it is today.
What will we do?
We will focus on self-compassion practices to increase our resilience and empower ourself for meaningful action. Together, we’ll create a community for sharing and empowering ourselves, tapping into our inner resources of strength and wisdom. We’ll leave with a renewed sense of hope—and a personal action list.
For who?
This workshop is for everyone looking for resources to navigate the world as it is today. Whether you are new to these sort of practices or an experienced mindfulness & compassion teacher. We will focus on resourcebuilding for more resilience and grounding.
