Authorized partner of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion
We are the authorized international partner of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) for the MSC teacher training pathway and MSC courses in Europe since 2014. We work closely together with Christopher Germer, Kristin Neff and other executives at CMSC.
Building a more compassionate world
The CMSC brings mindfulness and self-compassion (MSC) to people around the world. We support a global community of students and teachers, working with partners across five continents to make MSC accessible to all. Together, we promote emotional resilience and build a more compassionate world.
MSC Spanish
Self-compassion in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking world, with Spanish/Portuguese MSC Teacher Directory and private area for MSC teacher resources, research and community activities.
GlobalC (Spanish)
GlobalC is part of MSC Europe and has been an authorized International Partner of the CMSC since 2016. It is dedicated to officially training MSC teachers in Spanish and Portuguese across Europe and Latin America, and offers a variety of self-compassion programs.
MSC Selbstmitgefuehl (German)
MSC Selbstmitgefuehl is the network of MSC teachers in German-speaking countries and a recognized International Partner of the CMSC.
Arbor Seminare (German)
The non-profit organisation Arbor-Seminare GmbH, based in Freiburg, Germany, is an authorized international partner of the CMSC for the MSC teacher training pathway in the German speaking countries since 2014.
Mindful Self-compassoin Italia
Mindfulselfcompassion.it is part of MSC Europe and has been an authorized International Partner of the CMSC since 2020. It is dedicated to officially training MSC teachers in Italy and offers a variety of self-compassion programs.
Mindful Self-Compassion UK
Mindful Self-Compassion UK is part of MSC Europe and is an authorized International Partner of the CMSC. The website provides a directory of English-speaking MSC teachers based in the UK, along with information on teacher training and regular practice opportunities.
Sussex Mindfulness Centre
Sussex Mindfulness Centre is a leading hub for mindfulness and compassion-based research, training, and programmes within the UK’s NHS and local universities. For over a decade, it has offered courses to NHS staff, patients, and public sector organisations, and has trained professionals to deliver these interventions. The Centre has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers and contributed to national mindfulness policy and leadership.
Mind-Body Centrer (Israel)
Mind-Body Center is a member of MSC Europe and is an authorized entity by the CMSC. This website offers a Teacher Directory for Hebew-speaking MSC teachers based in Israel.
MSC Formation (French)
MSC Formation is affiliated to the French training organization LBCM (Le Bonheur C’est Maintenant) and based in Paris. It is the official International Partner of the CMSC offering the MSC teacher training pathway in French-speaking countries.
